32 weeks

My bike was destroyed in the snow (and now lays in a sad heap on the side of the road, awaiting scavengers). I figured we wouldn’t bother replacing it at this point, but we spotted a perfectly-sized road bike for a great price on Saturday! I had almost forgotten how amazing it is to ride along the water in the city, and loved being off my feet. I felt extra-cautious (and rode with my seat extra-low), but it was awesome!

I may have expressed this before, but I can’t believe we’re in the single-digits-til’-we-meet-him stage. We’re still working on getting the apartment set up, and this week is our hospital tour!

You’re looking fantastic, Ashley!

Thanks, Meaghin! I think I’d be smiling wider if I had just made that rhubarb-strawberry torte you posted recently. That looked awesome!

Hospital tour, so exciting! I think I cried a little bit when I looked around the hospital. It just made it all seem so real; I wanted to be in there and having my baby immediately! Good luck.

Cute bump! Think you’ve just inspired me to get back on the bike…all the weeks of nausea have meant I’ve been totally unmotivated to get outside and exercise!
